Mark is also available for Private Yoga one on one sessions and will tailor the session to your individual needs and fitness level. The session can also incorporate yoga therapy, if you are healing from an injury, have specific restrictions or limitations. He incorporates his skills as a therapist to perform a full assessment and develop a session and treatment plan specific to your needs.
